We collect the following personal data:
a) Contact Form
Name, email address, message.
Purpose: to respond to your enquiries.
Retention period: 12 months.
b) WooCommerce Orders
First name, last name, email address, billing address, purchase history.
Purpose: order processing, licence delivery, customer support.
Retention period: 5 years (legal accounting obligation).
c) Stripe Payment
Banking data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

d) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic and visitor behaviour on our website.
Data collected: pages visited, visit duration, country of origin, device type.
IP addresses are anonymised by default in GA4.
Google Analytics is only activated after your consent via our cookie banner.

Retention period: 14 months (default GA4 setting).
e) Newsletter
Email address (voluntary subscription).
Purpose: to inform about product updates and new offers.
Retention period: until unsubscription.

It may be transmitted only to the following technical service providers, strictly within the scope of their missions:

– Google — visit statistics (only after consent)
